Polarity Therapy is a system designed to restore energy balance. No relaxation of the voluntary nervous system and muscles can occur as long as the involuntary muscles are locked and tense.

Polarity Therapy aims to re-establish the correct polarity in the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system using light touch.

Saturday/Sunday 9am to 6pm.
Bring your lunch. Morn/Afternoon drinks and nibbles supplied!
